Who are we?

FCC are a commercial cleaning company serving Hull, East Riding, North and North East Lincolnshire areas. Our company registration number is 8700505. The registered address is 650 Anlaby Road, Hull, HU3 6UU.

How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information from you when you commence employment with our company by completing a Personal Details form, when you make enquiries regarding employment via our website or by telephone.

What type of information is collected from you?

The Personal Information we collect from employees will include your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, national insurance details, emergency contact details, previous and/or current employment, bank account details. Some of this information may be obtained by potential employees attending interviews and/or by people enquiring about vacancies.

Who is collecting the information?

All information is collected by management only namely Debbie Grindley – Director and Tim Brough – Director.

Where is the information stored and how is it protected?

All information is collected by the completion of a personal details form. This information is then transerred onto the computerised payroll system. Our computer is protected by ******* antivirus software and it is also password protected. The personal details from is kept in your own individual employee file and stored in a locked filing cabinet. The only people who have access to the computer password and the filing cabinets are Debbie Grindley – Director and Tim Brough – Director.

Why is it being collected and how is your information used?

Your personal information is collected soley for the use in our Payroll system. The use of such personal information is required in order for FCC to pay individuals for their work and also to comply with HMRC and the Inland Revenue for the deductions of NI and Income Tax (if applicable).

Who will your information be shared with?

FCC will not trade, sell or otherwise transfer your personal information with any third party unless we believe that disclosure of the information is necessary for legal reasons only such as the HMRC or Inland Revenue, DWP, HM Court Services etc. FCC will will only release this information when we believe the releqase is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site/company policies or portect our or others rights, property or safety.

How long will you information be stored?

Your personal information is kept on our payrol records and your employee file for the duration of your employment with FCC. We are legally obliged to keep your personal details and payroll data for a retention period after you have left the company as the HMRC/Inland Revenue can still request information from us regarding you and your employment which we legally have to disclose. We have a system of retention periods in place to ensure that your information is only stored whilst it is required for the relevant purposes or to meet legal requirements. Where your information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of in a secure manner.

Your consent

All employees of FCC are given a copy of this privacy policy and asked to sign a consent form. By signing the consent form you are agreeing to FCC using your personal data and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in this way, please do not provide our company with your personal details and/or use the FCC website. However, failure to provide your details for payroll purposes could result in FCC not being able to make payments to you for any work undertaken.

FCC will only collect, use or disclose your personal information where it is fair and lawful to do so. In most cases, we will ask for your consent explicitly but, in some cases, we may infer consent from your actions and behaviour. We may ask you to provide additional consent if we need to use your personal information for purposes not covered by this Privacy Notice. You are not obliged to provide such consent but if you decide not to then your participation in certain activities may be restricted. If you provide additional consent, the terms of that consent shall prevail in the event of any conflict with the terms of this Privacy Notice.
